EZ-ON WEB'S REFUND POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO THE WEB HOSTING SERVICES PROVIDED BY EZ-ONWEB.

Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible so you remain our loyal customer for a long time. Should you ever need to cancel your account, please give us 10 days notice. Refunds will be offered for the balance of time paid in advance, as long as the account is in good standing and there are no outstanding charges due on the account. There are no early termination fees. Refunds will be calculated as follows:
 

• Full refund for the term of service will be issued if the cancellation is during the first 30 days of the contract, as per instructions posted on our money back grantee page. 

• The service start and end date will be used to calculate the basis for your refund. 

• No refunds will be issued for the packages that are only offered on a yearly base pricing.    

• Service is billed for the duration of the contract therefore, there will be no prorated refund for the period of the contract that the service is in. For example if you are on a semi-annual contract and you don't cancel within the first 30 days of the service you will not be refunded for the remaining of the term of the contract. On the other hand,  if you are on a semi-annual contract and you have paid for two periods in advance, and you decide you want to cancel your account, you are entitled to a full refund for the second term as long as the second term has not started. 

• Refunds will be issued within thirty days of the actual cancellation date. If we were given less than 10 days notice, expect your refund to take the full thirty days. 

• We will issue the refund in the same manner in which we were paid, unless otherwise requested. 

• Outstanding charges will be deducted from any refund due to you.  

• Any account that is terminated by us because of the customer's violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, or non payment termination,  will receive NO REFUND. No exceptions!!! 

• Domain registration fees, Domain transfer fees, SSL setup, SSL Certificates, any applicable set-up fees, or consulting fees are not refundable. Nor are any fees paid to any third-party, such as those for an SSL certificate. These are your property and, even if you will not be using them anymore, you own them (in the case of a domain name it's more like a lease, but you understand what we mean).
